Project Leaders

• Visit your project site, make a wish list of projects/materials, then form a general plan for service project(s)
• Purchase needed materials - do not forget tax exempt number!
• Make a list of tools volunteers should bring - you will communicate this during the week before Step Out via email or telephone.
• Asked site contact if they can provide a water source
• Estimate number of volunteers needed
• Recruit Bus Leader and Prayer Leader
• On the day of Step Out, Project Leaders supervise

Bus Leaders

• Pass out nametags, bus head count
• Talk with people
• Share the vision/purpose of the ministry with participants
• Pass out/collect response cards to/from all participants
• Hand out ministry/organization information to those who are interested

Prayer Leaders

• Gather group to pray for site
• - Lead unoccupied volunteers in prayer walking
• - Lead prayer time after vision casting
